Dr. Vigoa officially joined our Estero dental team in 2026, but he was already a trusted, familiar presence within our family of practices long before that. He previously served as a dental hygienist at our sister office, Lee Dental Care, and stepped in to support patients across our network throughout 2025 and early 2026, a testament to the confidence our team and patients place in him.

Dr. Vigoa’s path to dentistry is anything but ordinary and that depth of experience directly benefits you as a patient. He began his journey in healthcare in 2018 and brings a uniquely multidisciplinary background to every appointment, holding licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist and a Registered Nurse in addition to his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He further elevated his skills through a highly competitive two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at NYU Langone — one of the most respected programs in the country.
That training gives Dr. Vigoa a level of versatility that sets him apart as an Estero dentist. His clinical expertise spans:
