Meet the Dentists

Dr. Devan Schulert’s passion for dentistry began in high school when he had the opportunity to shadow a local dentist. Witnessing the life-changing impact of dental care on patients sparked a lifelong commitment to the field. He went on to earn both his Bachelor of Science in Biology and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy.

Dr. Schulert joined Estero Bay Dental in 2025, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a reputation for compassionate, high-quality care. Prior to joining our team, he spent three years delighting patients at two of our sister practices, where he built lasting relationships and honed his clinical expertise.

Dedicated to staying at the forefront of modern dentistry, Dr. Schulert completes numerous continuing education courses each year. He recently received advanced training in implant placement through programs in Miami and the Dominican Republic. In addition, he is certified in facial aesthetics—including Botox administration—and is a licensed Invisalign provider, enabling him to offer a comprehensive range of cosmetic and restorative treatment options.

Dr. Schulert is committed to providing the highest standard of care to his patients. Known for his calm and friendly demeanor, he takes the time to listen carefully to each patient’s concerns, explain their options clearly, and collaborate on treatment plans tailored to their individual needs. His approachable nature and thoughtful communication style help patients feel confident, understood, and at ease.

Originally from Kingsville, Ontario, Dr. Schulert moved to Florida to escape the cold and embrace the sunshine. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with friends. A passionate sports fan, he follows the Detroit Red Wings, Michigan Wolverines, Detroit Titans, and Indianapolis Colts.
